Club Development

The National Collegiate 4-H Web and Advocacy Teams have been working hard to provide your clubs with resources to enhance and enrich your club experience while providing leadership development, professional development and organizational development tips. With more than 21 pages in the process of being finalized, there will be amble materials available for everyone by visiting our website.

PLUS, more guidance on how to start a new club will be provided. Soon you will be seeing many more new clubs sprouting at college campuses everywhere!

Look forward to seeing more later this month in the Club Development section.

Collegiate4h.org Updates!

Collegiate4h.org has been undergoing several changes in the past few weeks. And you can look forward to more changes in the next month as Web Team members start their summer schedules and finish several projects that we've been working on for you!

What's changed so far?

  • The National Collegiate 4-H message boards have moved to collegiate4h.org/bb! A big thank you to California 4-H for hosting the boards until we had a site up!
    • Check them out, get registered, and storm those boards with your thoughts, ideas, conversation, and socializing! Let us know if you want a private regional officer or club forum created.
    • Please view and post internship and job opportunities in the forums for everyone!
  • Our National Documents have been made publically available. We are still waiting on the old and new NAB secretaries to finish updating the constitution and supply the National Business meeting notes. This includes the newly released National Collegiate 4-H Taskforce Report.
  • This news blog! Add it to your RSS feed list or check it weekly! Let us know about awesome projects and events your club has done, so we can feature you here!
  • Current conference links, dates, and news are available on our Conference page.
  • Links to every club's homepage and our national organization's history.
  • The digitized version of the 1990 National Service File, which should be an ample resource for potential club service projects and activities.

What do you have to look forward to in the next month?
  • A new design! (The current one is only a temporary fix)
  • biographies and contact information about your NAB members
  • A National Collegiate 4-H photo library for you to share and view each others' photos.
What do you have to look forward to in the future?
  • Club directory
  • Strategic Planning surveys and reports

Contact the National Leadership and committees by posting on the message boards!

If you have any versions of documents which are not available on our website, please contact the Web Team, so we can share it with others! This includes past national documents, regional constitutions, officer lists, and the names of clubs who have received National Collegiate 4-H awards in the past!
